Tron Legacy has crossed many biggies in Box office reports. The current stated reports are as follows:

The Opening Weekend: Grossed over $42 million at the box office.

First day in US and Canada: Grossed over $17 million.

Till 26 December in US: Grossed over $88,300,000

Till 26 December in Canada: Grossed over $22,600,000

Till 26 December Worldwide: Grossed over $111,300,000

The gross of first Weekend of Tron Legacy is more than of what 'Speed Racer' grossed in Whole First Week. Legacy appears to have sold around two and a half times more the number of tickets that original Tron did in 1982.

Legacy marked itself No. 1 at the Box-office in first weekend, leaving 'Yogi Bear' and 'How do you Know' behind.
